Wrong Item

We would send you finished photos for your approval before shipping to avoid we made mistake on items. If we send wrong items, we will accept the return, all cost on our side.

Size issue

We can assure you of 100% fitness as long as you provide correct measurements. If we made mistake on sizes (More than 2 inch far), we will be reponsible for return or alteration fee. If you choose standard size does not fit you, you can contact us for exchange.

Color issue

It is unavailable for reasonable color difference for online purchase. If you are sure we send the item in wrong color, you are welcome to contact us for return or exchange. Please contact us at service@purplequinceaneradresses.com within 3 days after you receive the dress if you were not happy with the purchase, we do not accept return without approval or overdue.

Please note, shipping cost can not be refuned. And there would be restock fee of 20% as all gowns are made to order. Exchange Please feel free to contact us if you want to exchange to other design, we have special policy for exchange as we want you to be happy!

Standard Shipping

Delivery times are between 5-9 working days to all major destinations. Standard shipping fee is free.
